About The Position

In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Forklift experience
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using hand-held measuring tools and scanning devices
• A strong commitment to workplace safety

Responsibilities

• Sort, stack, clean, wash, and inspect materials to keep production flowing smoothly
• Assist in order filling, packaging, and completing paperwork accurately
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material-handling equipment (we'll train the right person!)
• Support machine operators with key tasks to ensure efficient workflow
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Report equipment issues promptly and help maintain tools in top condition
• Pitch in where needed and help train new team members
• Follow all safety protocols and lean manufacturing practices
• Work directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery
