Snap-on's Product Center is currently hiring Distribution Associates for 2nd shift positions in our Crystal Lake warehouse Receiving department (core hours are 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm plus overtime). Requirements

  • High school diploma/equivalent or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work 2nd shift hours plus mandatory overtime.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to read, write, and do simple math.
  • Great interpersonal communication skills.
  • Dependable and flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders by picking stock
  • Pack stock into shipping cartons
  • Receive inventory by visually comparing stock and quantity against receiving document
  • Count and verify stock in picking and reserve locations
  • Load, unload, and store freight using electric and LP forklift trucks or hand pallet jacks
  • Operate hand baler, stretch wrap machine, computerized UPS machines, computer terminals, etc.

  • Starting wage: $19.20; at 3 months: $20.76; at 6 months: $22.36
