About The Position

The Warehouse Associate 2 – Freezer supports daily warehouse operations in a cold storage environment. This role is responsible for order picking, packing, stocking, inventory control, and quality assurance within refrigerated and freezer areas. Ideal candidates are comfortable working in sub-zero temperatures and performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

2–5 years of warehouse, order picking, or cold storage experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability and willingness to work in freezer temperatures for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds regularly
Experience operating pallet jacks or material handling equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, shrink-wrap, label, and stage products in freezer storage
Load and unload shipments in cold storage areas
Verify purchase orders and work orders for accuracy
Inspect products to ensure quality standards (no damaged goods shipped or stored)
Stock and rotate inventory using FIFO practices
Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely in freezer conditions
Perform basic preventive maintenance on pallet jacks
Process inventory transactions in warehouse management or Oracle systems
Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and FSMA guidelines
