Position Responsibilities: Duties include scanning, labeling assembly, picking/packing orders; palletize product, replenishment, loading, and quality auditing. Ensure orders are shipped with quality and accuracy. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality control standards and safety guidelines. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in reverse logistics. Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: Previous experience in a logistics environment in positions like receiver, shipping clerk, order puller, or materials stager is preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling
• Basic computer skills to scan product and enter data to track quality issues.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds in a regular basis
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and lift
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a partially climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Understand and follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Don and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required

Nice To Haves

• Desirable experience using equipment like wrapping machine, sit down forklift, stand up forklift, walkie rider, pallet truck, ELF pallet truck, reach truck, cherry picker
