About The Position

We are hiring a t shift Warehouse Associate starting at $ per hour. In a warehouse environment, package, inspect and stage material for delivery to customers. Fast-paced environment with career progression opportunities. Opportunity to additionally earn up to $73/month as part of the team's incentive program.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools - calipers, micrometer, tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safety Mindset.
• Team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to use hand-held measuring tools.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Fill and package orders according to specifications/instructions called out on paperwork.
• Operate packaging line, forklift and/or crane to move material.
• Perform final inspection of material and complete paperwork.
• Assist team with a variety of functions as required to support the operation.
• Maintain equipment in clean and working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor or Lead immediately.
• Train others as required.
• Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives and requirements.
• Effectively contribute to building a high-trust team.
• Opportunity to cross-train on helping/operating slitting and/or traverse winding lines with time.
