About The Position

The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain operations at Baker Hughes. This position involves receiving, stocking, and delivering materials and products within a warehouse environment, ensuring safe and quality execution of tasks. The role is essential for maintaining efficient operations and supporting production and shipping processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight.
• 1+ years experience working in a warehouse, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations.
• Stocking received material, as well as completed products and assemblies from in-house production.
• Picking materials, components, and end products and delivering them to Production or shipping.
• Performing cycle counts when needed.
• Preparing component kits for production, filling orders, and managing supplier subcontract parts.
