About The Position

The Warehouse Associate 1 supports daily warehouse operations by performing general labor tasks including receiving, stocking, assembling, staging, loading, and unloading products. This entry-level role is ideal for dependable individuals who are comfortable with physical work and can quickly learn warehouse procedures on the job.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds regularly
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment
Strong attendance record and dependable work history
Available to work extended hours, overtime, and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, shrink-wrap, label, and stage products for shipment
Verify purchase orders and work orders for accuracy
Inspect products to ensure quality standards (no damaged goods shipped or stored)
Load finished products onto trucks for delivery
Unload shipments and stock products in designated areas
Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
Handle inventory movement within controlled storage locations
Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
Perform basic preventive maintenance on pallet jacks
Prepare customer orders for delivery
Provide support to other warehouse departments as needed
Assist with on-the-job training of new employees
Follow all company SOPs and safety procedures
