Receive and inspect returned products from customers, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of all returned items.
Evaluate the condition of returned products, determine the reason for return, and decide on appropriate actions such as repair, replacement, refund, or disposal.
Perform repairs and refurbishments on returned products as needed, following established guidelines and procedures.
Manage inventory of returned products, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and availability of items.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines for the safe disposal or recycling of products that cannot be repaired or sold.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the proper handling and storage of returned products.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality control standards and safety guidelines.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in reverse logistics.
