As a Warehouse Associate Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of PBUS by supervising the day-to-day warehouse operations for an entire business unit across one shift. This role is responsible for driving cost efficiency, continuous improvement of processes, service excellence, and safety performance. The Warehouse Associate Leader coordinates and oversees receiving, shipping, and material handling activities, while providing guidance and support to front-line staff to ensure operational goals are met and warehouse operations run efficiently and safely.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Safe driving record strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred

Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
  • Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
  • Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
  • Track each load accurately
  • Accurately count all pallets
  • Maintain pace of pallet configuration
  • Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
  • Identify priorities and coordinate resources
  • Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate picker and loader team
  • Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
  • Embrace and promote a culture of “stack, wrap, strap”
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean work environment adhering to PepsiCo Standards
  • Ensure accurate daily & end of period inventory counting, investigation and reporting
  • Other duties as Assigned
  • Lighthouse Execution - Observations, Pulse Checks, Leadership and SPARC Walks
