About The Position

Position Overview: The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments.

Requirements

• Warehouse operations uses an Order Management System to track, locate and select product.
• Must be able to count and meet basic computer skills.
• Must be dependable.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift experience and comfrtable to drive varies size in all 4 seasons.
• Valid Drivers License a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive product in a safe, efficient, timely and accurate fashion.
• Pick product for delivery and assembly.
• Load delivery trucks.
• Update the Warehouse Management System, utilizing the scanners, when product is moved, received and/or loaded.
• Process warehouse documentation in a timely and accurate fashion, while ensuring that the document(s) are routed to the appropriate personnel upon completion.
• Interact with teammates to locate product in the warehouse, as needed.
• Perform cycle counts as needed to measure inventory accurately.
• Communicate ideas for process improvement to management.
