The pay range is $18-$24/hr depending on experience and includes benefits, PTO and 401k.

Requirements

  • Previous work in a warehouse, tool room, or material handling role preferably in construction, petroleum, or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, petroleum equipment, or mechanical/electrical parts.
  • Experience using inventory control systems (e.g., Excel, SAP, Fishbowl, or other WMS software).
  • Forklift certification or experience operating pallet jacks, lifts, or hoists.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, complete tasks on time, and support field teams reliably.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols, PPE use, and emergency procedures.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, including lifting, loading, and outdoor work.
  • Experience preparing shipments, packing materials, and completing receiving documentation.
  • Known for being organized, dependable, and detail-oriented in handling tools, parts, and job prep.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of petroleum construction materials, parts, and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring parts are stored safely and properly labeled.
  • Prepare and stage materials, tools, and equipment for field crews and job sites.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including packing orders and completing documentation.
  • Track inventory using inventory management systems or manual logs; report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Handle hazardous materials in accordance with safety protocols and proper containment procedures.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist in maintaining minimum stock levels.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with tool tracking, calibration schedules, and maintenance coordination for shared equipment.
