Warehouse Assistant
About The Position
MAX Aerostructures is currently hiring a Warehouse Assistant for our 1st shift. Hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. We offer a comprehensive benefit package which includes free healthcare. The essential duties include: Load and unload material from delivery trucks Measure materials upon arrival to the warehouse in raw, uncut form and check the gauge of materials using a micrometer. Pull and stage material according to job list Perform receiving inspection and unpack and sort received product and accompanying documents. Operate material handling equipment, including stationary lift, forklift and pallet lifts. Maintain a neat and organized work and dock area. Follow safety regulations, including team lifting and use of mechanical lifts.\ Other duties and tasks as requested or assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn and use various office equipment and software
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
