The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assigning routes to Delivery Service Providers (DSP) drivers for the delivery of parcels, ensuring compliance with company standards. This role involves developing and enforcing quality assurance protocols, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement. The Assistant Manager will oversee warehouse activities to ensure consistency and reliability, coordinate domestic delivery within the U.S., and conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews. Additionally, the role includes recruiting qualified DSPs, providing onboarding, designing training programs to improve service quality, and continuously optimizing collection models and processes. The Assistant Manager will also coordinate with internal teams and external partners, handle daily operations, and respond to emergencies as needed.
