In this position, you will assist the Warehouse Manager in managing warehouse drivers, tracking and managing quality control regarding all material deliveries to/from the job sites, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking and reporting into company inventory tracking systems. You will also function as the Warehouse Manager as needed and make work and job-site deliveries as required. Your primary responsibilities will include pulling work-site orders, verifying the orders against the specific materials on the truck, and identifying and correcting any deficiencies or duplications. You will process all outgoing pick tickets and transfers in tool watch, confirm that anything charged to a project has been delivered, and complete material return sheets for Accounts Payable. Additionally, you will be responsible for transferring tools to and from job sites, filling job site orders, and maintaining the office, warehouse, and yard. As a backup to the Warehouse Manager, you will handle communication with drivers, scheduling, work assignments, and various reports as required by management.
