Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, unpack, and organize incoming HVAC materials, parts, and equipment Stage and prepare materials for installation and service teams Assist with regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Track inventory movement and report discrepancies Load/unload trucks using hand carts, dollies, and (if certified) forklifts Delivery Driver Duties Safely deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and materials to job sites and technicians Document deliveries, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate materials handling Maintain delivery logs and communication with office or dispatch teams Support equipment returns, warranty pick-ups, and vendor deliveries Operate company vehicles responsibly and perform basic vehicle safety checks
