About The Position
Cordell Doors is a family owned and operated business specializing in doors for Modular, Manufactured, and Workforce Housing. We also provide doors and windows for Portable Buildings and Carport sectors. We are currently seeking a Warehouse/Assembly Associate to join our team at our Ocala, FL location. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse and assembly duties. This includes receiving and inspecting incoming materials, organizing and maintaining inventory, and assembling door components according to specifications. You will also be responsible for packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality are essential for this position. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other warehouse and assembly associates to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a warehouse or assembly environment
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic math skills for measuring and assembling components
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
