About The Position

The Warehouse Assembler is responsible for assembling sub-assemblies and finished products in accordance with blueprints, customer specifications, and job routers. This role requires the use of hand tools, air tools, and various production equipment to ensure products are prepared to the correct length, shape, and configuration. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Basic skills in reading, writing, arithmetic, and blueprint reading.
  • Must be able to understand shop drawings and tape measures.
  • Must demonstrate safety-conscious behavior and strong attendance.
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently squat, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, turn, grasp, and reach overhead or outward.
  • Sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Perform work requiring close mental and visual attention with strong manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Must be able to work in a 55–85°F environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with basic wiring concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, job routers, and basic wiring diagrams.
  • Assemble products using hand tools, air tools, and specialized equipment such as bandsaws, drill presses, thermal presses, and sonic welders.
  • Identify and select correct tooling and hardware for each job.
  • Set up and pull correct inventory for jobs with guidance from leads or material handlers.
  • Perform basic wiring based on diagrams and connection points.
  • Conduct testing and quality checks using calipers, visual fault light testers, and other tools.
  • Report material, equipment, or quality issues promptly to the lead or supervisor.
  • Package and stack finished goods neatly and safely for shipment using packing tools and materials.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and, if certified, forklifts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Support and follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and work procedures.
  • Assist and communicate with team members and other departments as needed.
  • All other duties assigned by management
