About The Position

The Warehouse and Logistics Manager at CBMC Lighting is responsible for overseeing all logistics activities within a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse. This role is critical for managing shipping, receiving, and inventory processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while providing high levels of customer service. The manager will also play a key role in hiring and leading additional warehouse staff as the company grows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory management, and materials management.
• Demonstrated ability in shipping and receiving processes within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in demand planning.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data sets for decision-making purposes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage other people effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all activities including shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
• Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
