Warehouse and Inventory Manager

Phillips CorporationPortsmouth, NH
$80,000 - $110,000

About The Position

You’re the guardian of operational continuity at our facility, tasked with achieving absolute mastery over our inventory and supply infrastructure. In this role, you’ll be expected to transcend standard warehouse management by engineering and overseeing sophisticated inventory tracking systems that ensure flawless accuracy across all supply lines. Your primary objective involves the meticulous investigation and resolution of any inventory inconsistencies, followed by the implementation of revolutionary processes designed to preemptively eliminate future variances. By delivering expert-level monthly reports, you’ll provide the organization with a transparent and irrefutable record of logistical excellence, ensuring that our supply chain remains a bedrock of reliability for every mission-critical project we undertake. Integration is the cornerstone of this position, as you’ll collaborate seamlessly with the Service Scheduler to guarantee that every technician has the exact parts and consumable kits required the moment a work order is initiated. You must demonstrate a proactive intuition for material requirements, identifying potential shortages of critical components and raw materials well before they impact operations, all while maintaining record-low inventory levels to optimize organizational capital. With a focus on reducing annual procurement costs and constantly searching for ways to optimize our day to day operations, you’ll help drive down the time for acquisitions and reduce delays. Your mastery over the documentation of shipments and deliveries will ensure that replenishment is synchronized perfectly with the high-tempo demand of our operations, fostering a culture where technical needs are met with unfailing punctuality. Beyond the day-to-day logistics, you’ll serve as a strategic analyst, continuously evaluating supplier performance to ensure we are securing the most cost-effective and high-quality partnerships available in the global market. You’re responsible for minimizing inventory loss through the rigorous application of advanced supply chain best practices and for providing leadership with forward-looking recommendations that refine the entire inventory life cycle. Your ability to generate predictive reports on adjustments and stock levels will empower stakeholders with vital data before the need even arises, facilitating a proactive rather than reactive operational environment. If you possess the breakthrough mindset required to transform a warehouse into a high-performance engine of efficiency, we invite you to lead our inventory operations. Phillips offers a world-beating collaborative culture and competitive pay and benefits. In our 65 year history, Phillips has grown from a handful of employees to over 900 supplying and supporting manufacturing technology in the United States and around the world.
