About The Position

Applied Innovation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Driver to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and delivering equipment with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, strong communication skills, and a focus on customer service and team collaboration. This is a Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM role located onsite at 3801 Sugar Palm Dr, Tampa, FL 33619.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience operating box trucks or similar delivery vehicles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, “see a need, fill a need” mindset
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with basic IT and networking concepts (preferred)
  • The ability to move up to 75 pounds.
  • Understanding and alignment with the organization’s core values.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required
  • Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record required
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, equipment delivery, or a similar logistics role preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer-facing roles and working with internal teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and assist with the installation of equipment
  • Operate box trucks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Receive incoming shipments and process lease returns using E-Auto.
  • Prepare and ship outgoing equipment accurately and on schedule.
  • Set up equipment according to company guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, network connectivity) and external clients to ensure seamless service.
  • Support basic IT and networking tasks as needed.
  • Assist team members proactively and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
