About The Position

As a Warehouse and Delivery Agent, you will be a critical member of our Logistics team responsible for exemplifying our culture, making deliveries with a smile, and assisting in the Warehouse. Your major goals will include delivering equipment to customer locations, assisting with installation and set-up in a timely manner, and performing various warehouse-related duties when not delivering equipment. You will learn to set up various office equipment, specifically copiers and multifunction printers. Your daily tasks will involve loading equipment for daily deliveries, verifying the contents of delivery against delivery paperwork, and delivering scheduled installs to customer locations or staging areas in a timely manner. You will need to obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures while installing and setting up new equipment at customer sites. Additionally, you will be responsible for removing old equipment from customer sites as needed, verifying the removal items against removal paperwork, and providing customer service by answering any questions customers may have. You will also be tasked with removing equipment that is beyond economic repair (BER) from school sites, bringing removed equipment back to the warehouse, and tagging equipment as directed from removal forms or the Logistics Manager. Scheduling and moving equipment as directed by the Logistics Manager and picking up miscellaneous items from various vendors will also be part of your responsibilities. Lastly, you will keep track of service schedules on delivery vehicles used and perform other duties as assigned.
