About The Position

TITLE: Warehouse Administrator Parts
LOCATION: Houston, TX
REPORTS TO: Distribution Center Manager
WAGES: Entry Level; Commensurate with experience and skills
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday. Some overtime and weekends may be required

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year warehouse experience with an emphasis on inventory control or minimum 1-year advanced Microsoft excel experience
• Must be local (live within 60 miles)
• Must be computer efficient and willing to learn new systems
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word programs
• Must be able/willing to learn and operate a forklift
• Minimum age 18
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Hands-on professional with a strong attention to detail
• Must be meticulous and organized
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule with the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Must be able to pass background screening including criminal background
• Must be able to work in a warehouse and in extreme weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience
• Strong knowledge of tank/pump parts

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts as well as use of scanning equipment
• Basic inventory movements and functions in SAP
• Ensure proper administration of all cycle count procedures
• Research outstanding issues in order to reconcile any inventory discrepancies
• Issuance of parts and inventory without discrepancies
• Deliver and fulfill inventory objectives
• Ensure quality, delivery, and timeliness of orders are met
• Stock inventory
• Work productively without constant supervision
• Work with a team to organize and effectively help run warehouse
• Other tasks as assigned by manager
