About The Position

As a Warehouse Administrative Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our warehouse operations team through detailed recordkeeping, reporting, and administrative support. Working closely with the Warehouse Administrative Manager, you’ll help ensure accuracy in system transactions, inventory coordination, and operational documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and contributing to a fast-paced logistics environment. OUR STORY... Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s Degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (warehouse/logistics preferred)
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support onsite management with day-to-day administrative functions
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and system data entry
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, order entry, answering phones, and routing messages
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory coordination, and shipping/receiving documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth administrative workflow
  • Adapt to changing priorities and reporting structures based on business needs
