Requirements

Prior warehouse experience is great—but motivation and the right attitude go even further
Comfort working with computers, especially Oracle and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and reliable data entry skills
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly with your team
A self-starter mindset, good listening skills, and a passion for continuous improvement
Must be able to lift 50lbs. at a height of approximately 48” at various times throughout each shift
Must be 18 or older
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and placement of materials throughout the warehouse
Pick, stage, and ship finished goods with precision
Support production with light assembly when needed
Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, aerial lifts, forklifts, and more (training/certification available!)
Enter and manage transactions using Oracle shipping software
Show up every day demonstrating Ruger’s Expected Behaviors
