You'll play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly by ensuring all administrative, purchasing, and event coordination tasks are handled efficiently. Your work will directly impact employee engagement, operational excellence, and vendor relationships, making you an essential part of the team's success.

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the organizational unit.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Manage office supplies and purchasing through Ariba, SAP, and vendor portals.
  • Serve as liaison for purchasing, facilities, and operations.
  • Assist with billing activities and budget preparation.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and site events.
  • Handle visitor management and security badging processes.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Minimum Qualification)
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment (Minimum Qualification)
  • Proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and Internet software.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Associate's Degree
  • Experience with Ariba and SAP systems.
  • Purchasing and billing experience.
  • Event planning or coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and pricing negotiations.
