About The Position
The Splash Water Parade is a groundbreaking touring production that combines singers, dancers, breathtaking water effects, cutting-edge technology, and dazzling performances. We’re looking for talented individuals with diverse technical, operational, and creative expertise to bring this spectacular parade to life on one of our 2 multi-city tours. All roles are seasonal positions Work is based on a 6 day work week Days are expected to vary between 8 and 10 hours per day Travel and housing are covered completely by the company. Hotel rooms based on double occupancy. Meal expenses are not covered. Rates are flat pay and there is no separate Per Diem BLUE TOUR 2026 • Six Flags over Georgia (Austell, GA) = Late May – Mid June• Carowinds (Charlotte, NC) = Late June – Mid July• Dorney Park (Allentown, PA) = Early August – Late Augusto Most seasonals begin May 12 and run through 8/28 GREEN TOUR 2026 • Kings Dominion (Doswell, VA) = Late June – Mid Augusto Most seasonals begin June 16 and run through August 14th.
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to drive a parade float when necessary
- 2+ years of experience in costume maintenance for live performances, parades, or theme parks.
- Experience with costume laundry and maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills for managing large costume inventories on tour.
Responsibilities
- Reports to the Technical Manager.
- Responsible for maintaining costume inventory, repairs, fittings and laundry.
- Work with Park Wardrobe teams to coordinate laundry and repairs.
- Ensure costumes meet quality and performance standards.
- Ensure cast and crew have ample drying towels for end of shows.
- Coordinate the packing, transport, and maintenance of wardrobe assets.
- Assist during run of the parade as necessary.
- Assist in refilling float water systems and water props as necessary and assisting other crew members as necessary.
- Drive and or direct a float or show vehicle in show or when necessary.
