About The Position

The Wardrobe Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the Wardrobe Department, ensuring team members are properly uniformed in accordance with company standards. This role supervises wardrobe staff, manages inventory, coordinates laundering and repairs, and maintains compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while delivering excellent internal guest service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous supervisory experience in wardrobe, housekeeping, laundry, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Experience managing inventory and supplies preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and internal customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily wardrobe operations, including uniform distribution, collection, laundering, and repairs.
  • Lead, train, and schedule wardrobe team members to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Ensure all team members are dressed in proper uniforms that meet company appearance and brand standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of uniforms, accessories, and supplies; place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate uniform alterations, fittings, and vendor services.
  • Monitor quality control standards for cleanliness, presentation, and garment condition.
  • Address and resolve uniform-related issues for team members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain wardrobe records, logs, and reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and departmental procedures.
  • Promote a positive internal guest service culture consistent with company service standards.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Operations, and Leadership on onboarding and uniform needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized wardrobe facility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
