About The Position

Responsibilities HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Provide exceptional customer service to all team members picking up or returning uniforms. Assist team members with uniform exchanges according to established procedures. Collect and inspect uniforms from employees who are terminating or transferring. Complete alterations as needed on issued garments to ensure all uniforms adhere to professional standards. Prepare soiled uniforms for laundry pick up at the end of each shift. Inspect and neatly store all clean uniforms. Log, issue, and collect aprons and accessories with accurate documentation. Record all issued items on uniform issue forms and route appropriately for processing. Complete loan slips for borrowed uniforms or accessories. Maintain accurate daily logs of activities and work performed. Keep uniform stock organized, neat, and accessible. Ensure all equipment is maintained in safe, good working condition. Assist with counting, labeling, and stocking newly received merchandise. Support garment related issues and team member needs as time permits. Maintain a log of tools and supplies and communicate restock needs to the Supervisor promptly. Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-kept work area at all times. Complete new hire and termination wardrobe paperwork and issue lockers as required. Serve as a positive role model, encouraging professionalism and teamwork. Partner with department operators to enhance team member engagement and uphold service standards. Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to all departmental, regulatory, and company policies.
