The Wardrobe Coordinator is responsible for leading the care and maintenance of all costume elements for Guthrie Theater productions and events. In close collaboration with the Wardrobe Director and in coordination with designers and other departments, this role ensures high standards of craft, continuity, and safety across the production process. The Wardrobe Coordinator plays a key role in guiding the department’s workflow, overseeing costume maintenance, and ensuring production needs are met with artistic integrity and efficiency. All employees are expected to center, model and champion the Guthrie’s core values of Artistic Excellence; Community; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility; and Fiscal Responsibility. This position has variable hours and overtime which includes nights and weekends.
