About The Position

JOB SUMMARY Serve employee’s needs for uniforms, accessories, storage for personal belongings. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Issue employee’s garment bag and uniforms Scan uniform barcodes on computer File employee’s garment bag on to conveyor Check in and return employee’s personal belongings in “Bin Check” Maintain clothing computer records by scanning barcode each time uniform changes its location Inspect uniforms for defects, repairs and tagging Check and inspect all items to ensure they are in good repair Prepare all soiled uniforms for laundry by scanning, checking pockets, turning right side out, and sorting Receive all clean uniforms returned from laundry and dry cleaning by scanning and placing in numerical order Maintain a clean and safe work environment Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Performs other job-related duties as assigned GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS : Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS : Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Requirements

Ability to speak, read, and understand English
Ability to recognize differences in number sequences and file in number sequence
Ability to perform basic math
Ability to contribute to the team effort
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
Must be able to work under pressure with constant changing priorities while maintaining pleasant personality and even temperament
High School diploma or equivalent
Work may be performed in an area, which may be unusually noisy and crowded
Mobility to include bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing and lifting items from floor level to six feet high
Normal sense of smell, touch, sound and vision range
Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity
Work area is subject to variable temperatures
May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise
