About The Position

The Sales Representative for the El Paso/Juarez area is responsible for determining product demand, identifying potential customers, and developing pricing strategies to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the maquiladora manufacturing plants and involves extensive customer interaction to promote and sell products.

Requirements

• Knowledge of selling principles and customer service technology.
• Experience in the paper industry and design.
• Skilled in marketing, sales presentations, and conducting meetings.
• Ability to work with personnel in various departments to support sales functions.

Responsibilities

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, and availability.
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders.
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Build solid relationships with customers.
• Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs.
• Work with design to provide customers with product samples.
• Identify prospective customers using various contact methods.
• Arrange and direct delivery of products.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
• Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales reports and keeping sales records.
