About The Position
The Walt Disney World Industrial Engineering Internship for Fall 2025 offers a unique opportunity for students to immerse themselves in a world-class organization that values creativity and innovation. As part of this internship, you will engage in various Industrial Engineering analysis projects that focus on operational planning support, workload planning and forecasting, capacity utilization, and efficiency/process improvements. This role is designed to enhance your professional development and provide practical knowledge applicable to multiple operating areas within the company, including Merchandise, Attractions, and Entertainment. Interns will have the chance to conduct analyses using appropriate methodologies, measurements, tools, and quantitative techniques such as data collection, computer simulation, statistics, and process flow analysis. You will work collaboratively with team members and interface with all levels of cast and management, gaining valuable insights and experience that can serve as a springboard for a successful career in Industrial Engineering. The internship also includes networking opportunities with other Industrial Engineers and the chance to build lasting friendships across the globe.
