We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Sales Representative to help us reach more customers and strengthen our relationships with existing ones. Overview: Customer Service Focused Role handling Walk-In Customers, Pulling their orders on the Sales Floor Solution-oriented, responsible for actively driving positive customer experience on the sales floor. The first point of contact with customer inquiries. Respond to customer requests and provide a comprehensive follow-up to account and order details. Alleviate customer traffic during peak times to ensure a smooth checkout transaction. Check inventory for product availability in the system and the refrigeration coolers. Pulling the order, verifying for accuracy on shipping, delivery, or pick-up information, paying careful attention to modifications, substitutions, and discrepancies. Communicate with warehouse operations, the buying department, and the dispatch for order fulfillment. Data input and verification of order information, discounts, and store credit information. Respond to product inquiries, offer recommendations, and conduct product searches. Offer assistance and provide support to warehouse operations and maintenance of the workspace, as well as adherence to workplace safety at all times. Collaborate with warehouse operations, purchasing, and dispatch for the execution of holidays and promotional events.
