About The Position

Waitstaff – Mountain Creek Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: F&B Manager SNOW Partners Mission Statement: “To Enhance the Lives of our Team, Guests and Partners by Building Lasting Connections.” About Mountain Creek: Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge. How the Waitstaff works with the Team: Provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining/drinking selections by performing a menu tour. Serve food/drink selections to guests and create an unforgettable dining experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service & POS experience a plus
• Professional, mature, and friendly demeanor

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable about the products and the services Mountain Creek provides
• Serve the guests’ selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures
• Report all tips in accordance with company policies
• Serve to our guests our food products following all safety procedures
• Be knowledgeable about the techniques used to prepare our food and drink products
• Responsible for accurate cash and credit transactions
• 100% compliance with liquor and health department laws
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor
