We are looking for compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our Dining Services team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for those with flexible schedules who want to work in a meaningful setting-no late nights, just fulfilling work that supports our residents. Students are encouraged to apply. Earn a competitive hourly rate between $15.50 and $18.60 based on years of experience. Position Summary: The Waitstaff position is responsible for providing professional, efficient, accurate and friendly service to our residents in accordance with our standards of practice. Waitstaff will be able to greet residents, take orders, process orders through a Point of Sales system with a calm, friendly demeanor in keeping with a fine dining experience. Requirements

  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with residents, kitchen staff, and dining team members.
  • Organization and time-management skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior food service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Works as a team to provide a friendly and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Maintains a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift.
  • Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Uses professional communication skills and answers menu questions while taking food orders.
