About The Position

Responsible for all aspects of service in a fine dining setting. Duties include- preparing tables prior to events, taking guest orders, serving both beverages and multiple course meals, and event clean up. Setting each event specific to the group’s requests and needs to include all tableware as trained. Kindly and professionally greet guests upon arrival, providing the highest level of customer service throughout reception and event, while paying close attention to detail. Collaborating with other waitstaff and dishwasher for post event clean up and dishes.

Requirements

• Two years of customer service experience required, preferably in a food and beverage setting.
• Exhibits clear communications skills and demonstrates ability to work well alone and in a group setting.
• Responds well to changing environments, remaining flexible and patient while communicating with guests and colleagues.
• This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship/we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position.
• Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
