Requirements
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Able to build positive and strong relationships with team members, residents and their families.
- Focused and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
- Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities.
- Must abide by company uniform policy.
- Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or team members.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting and clearing tables
- Taking residents food and beverage orders
- Serving residents in a timely professional manner
