We are seeking an experienced Waitstaff Team Lead join our team! This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising dining staff to ensure residents receive efficient, sanitary, and exceptional meal service in alignment with Shell Point’s mission of caring, serving, and satisfying. The Waitstaff Team Lead manages meal counts and point-of-sale systems, maintains cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensures team members are well-trained and knowledgeable, and upholds departmental standards. Candidates must have prior server experience in a busy dining environment (healthcare dining preferred) as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
