Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Great guest relation and communication skills to provide the best customer service experience for our guests.
• An upbeat, courteous and positive attitude to create a pleasant working environment and enhance every guest experience.
• Cash handling capabilities, including, but not limited to counting and balancing cash register.
• Ensure all payments are processed timely, accurately and correctly while maintaining the confidentiality of guest information.
• A willingness and desire to build and maintain great working relationships with your coworkers, guests, vendors and the community.
• Previous dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests and assisting associates with supporting functions.
• Demonstrate hospitality and excellent communication skills.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Work in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain clean dining and kitchen areas, wash and store dishes.
• Adhere to all food, safety and sanitation requirements.
