Band 1H 100 Sails Waithelp Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily functions in the 100 Sails Restaurant and Bar. Welcome guest with a warm and inviting demeanor. Attentive to guest’s needs and engage with guest in conversation and establish a rapport. Deliver and serve food and/or beverage items in a friendly, courteous and time manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Has the ability to use of POS system, proper check handling procedures, collection of payment and cash handling. Insure prompt service according to hotel standards. Well organized and have a willingness to learn. Has the ability to carry drinks and glassware utilizing a cocktail tray.
