About The Position
As a Waiter/Waitress at Costa Alegre Seafood and Grill, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, and delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner. You will ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, answering questions about menu items, specials, and promotions, and handling cash transactions while operating the cash register. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas is essential, as is collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation. Additionally, you will assist with setting up tables and preparing dining areas for service, all while adhering to health and safety regulations. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
