About The Position

• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or food allergies).
• Understand typical 'Coursing' and its link to upselling.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the ordering system.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and learn new procedures.
