Morrison Living is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for part-time Waiter/Waitress positions at Capri-Village Pointe Commons in Grafton, WI. This role is essential in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering items efficiently, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. You will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and communication are key to success. The position requires a flexible schedule, with shifts available from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, or 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and weekend availability is a must. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to culinary excellence, making them a valuable addition to our team. In this role, you will promptly greet guests, take their orders, and deliver food and beverages in a professional manner. You will maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation while ensuring that the dining area is clean and welcoming. Communication is vital, as you will need to interact with both guests and back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are accurate and special requests are accommodated. You will also be responsible for handling cash and following proper cash-handling procedures.
