About The Position
The Servers are responsible for setting and clearing tables, taking residents' dining orders and providing the highest level of customer service. The Server will review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with the dining experience. The Server will assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals and special events. They will also clean and sanitize carpets, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room. Servers will create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents. May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Requirements
- Age 15 and up
- Age 15 requires a work permit
- Effectively read, write, and communicate in English with residents and other employees.
