Looking for a job with great Benefits and Culture? Join us at Hollenbeck Palms! We are currently seeking a part-time Waiter to serve our residents in our luxurious dining room. Please note that this position does not include tips as part of the compensation.

Requirements

Must have excellent customer service experience
English is the common language of the customers we serve, you must have the ability to read, write legibly and speak English in an understandable manner.

Nice To Haves

Experience in food industry preferred but not required
Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Must be able to write, remember, and provide menu requests for small and large groups of customers at a time.
Must be able to work under general supervision; understand verbal instruction and tolerate moderate stress during busy periods.
Must be able to work with and be sensitive to the needs of the elderly in a retirement setting, including those who are disabled.
Must receive assignments and prioritize work on a daily basis under supervision.
Ability to maintain work area and dining room area in a clean, sanitized manner; clean tables and restock supplies as needed.
Ability to accept interruptions to work flow as needed.
May cross-train to other assignments.
Must be able to clear fingerprinting through DOJ and FBI.
