The wafer manufacturing department has responsibility for staffing and improving operations in the wafer factory. This enables Seagate's strategy of delivering ever larger capacity storage including next generation MOZAIC drives to our customers. As a Wafer Manufacturing team member, you will have responsibility to enact efficiency improvements in our wafer factory. Exact details will be determined closer to the project start, but possible areas include AI advancement to gain efficiency, yield improvements, factory business process, and governance support. You will have the opportunity to work with other engineers in the department and have a supporting role with frontline management teams and their projects.
