Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience required for the following equipment, E-Beam Lithography, ALD, and PECVD
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Material Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of thermal furnaces, dicing saws, metrology and wet bench operations

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot photonic wafer fabrication equipment
  • Monitor equipment performance and implement preventative maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with process engineers to optimize tool performance and support yield improvement initiatives
  • Support qualification of new tools and updates
  • Assist with troubleshooting on assembly tooling equipment
