About The Position

The Wafer Fab Operator position at HieFo involves working in the semiconductor wafer manufacturing process, specifically in areas such as photolithography, etching, PECVD, metallization, and lapping. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Some production assembler experience is required.
• Familiarity with dedicated procedures is necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a team environment with minimum supervision.
• Clean room experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispositions wafers through the semiconductor wafer manufacturing production process.
• Operate test and fabrication equipment.
• Use microscope for measurement and inspection.
• Collect data and report anomalies to the Production Manager if needed.
• Enter data into computer, using Excel spreadsheets or in the Manufacturing Execution System.
• Work inside a cleanroom environment, wearing personal protective garments as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, yield enhancement, and scrap reduction.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
