About The Position
The Wafer Fab Manager at Inphenix is responsible for overseeing the wafer manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards. This role involves providing leadership to engineers, technicians, and operators, driving execution to meet company deliverables, and collaborating with R&D and applications teams to enhance process efficiency and product yield. The manager will also analyze and resolve issues impacting development success and will be involved in various additional projects as assigned.
