This position assists the house management with setting up the lobby for an event, greeting patrons, distributing programs and assisting the Waco Hall patrons during an event. This position also helps ensure that patrons are following the policies of the facility and the event. Assist in planning, coordinating and helping with events as needed Deliver excellent customer services to clients and visitors Provide information and answer inquiries as needed Assist with various activities and tasks related to events and hospitality services Ability to comply with University policies Maintain regular and punctual attendance
